Implement IFS baseline apps

The IFS baseline apps require several installation and configuration procedures before end users can run the apps.

Prerequisites:

Mobile Enterprise Platform 9.0 SP10 or later is installed.
Mobile Enterprise Platform is configured to integrate with your IFS system.

To implement IFS baseline apps in your environment, complete the following procedures in order.

In Platform Manager, install all desired app packages. Refer to Install the IFS baseline apps.
In Advanced Inventory Platform Manager and IFS, configure each installed app using the following procedures.
- Configure Count per Count.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Count parts per count.
- Configure Count per Part.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Count parts without a Count Report.
- Configure Customer Order Deliver.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Deliver parts for a Customer Order.
- Configure Customer Order Pick.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Report picking for a Customer Order.
- Configure Customer Order Pick from Pick List.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Report picking for a Customer Order Pick List.
- Configure Move Inventory Part.
  Note:To test the app, refer to any of the following procedures.
  
  Move an inventory part from location to location in the same site.
  
  Move an inventory part from site to site.
  
  Move an inventory part to Transit.
- Configure Print Inquiry.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Print an inquiry.
- Configure Print Location Label.
  Note:To test the app, refer to either of the following procedures.
  
  Print a location label for one location.
  
  Print a location label for a range of locations.
- Configure Purchase Order Inspection
  Note:To test the app, refer to Inspect a Purchase Order.
- Configure Purchase Order Move to Stock
  Note:To test the app, refer to Move a purchase order to stock.
- Configure Purchase Order Receive
  Note:To test the app, refer to Receive a Purchase Order.
- Configure Report Shop Order Operation.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Report parts and time for a Shop Order Operation.
- Configure Shipment Pick.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Report picking for a Shipment.
- Configure Shipment Pick from Pick List.
  Note:Pick a part for a Shipment from a Pick List.
- Configure Shipment Pick from Pick List.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Pick a part for a Shipment from a Pick List.
- Configure Shop Order Issue.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Issue a material for a Shop Order.
- Configure Shop Order Issue from Pick List.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Issue a material for a Shop Order from a Pick List.
- Configure Shop Order Receive.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Receive a completed part from a Shop Order.
- Configure Shop Order Reserve.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Reserve a material for a Shop Order.
- Configure Work Order Issue.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Issue a material for a Work Order.
- Configure Work Order Report Time.
  Note:To test the app, refer to Report time for a task.
