Configure a DSI Employee user for DSI Direct

DSI Employee users have access to all DSI Direct for NetSuite functionality and consume a NetSuite license.

Prerequisite: To complete this procedure, you must be configured as an employee user.

To configure a user as an employee user in NetSuite, complete the following steps.

In NetSuite, create or edit the Employee record that you want to configure as a DSI Employee user.
Assign the DSI_MobileClient_User or DSI_MobileClient_User_Enhanced_Permission role to the user. Refer to Assign a role to a DSI Direct Employee user.
Assign a Direct license to a Employee user.
Grant Employee users access to individual Direct apps.
Assign values to user-specific DSI Direct configuration elements.
