Communication settings
Device ID
Allows you to edit your device ID. Each device must have a unique ID. Each time an app is recorded, Mobile Client writes a record adding the device ID and a sequence number to it. This allows Mobile Enterprise Platform to track the app, from the device to the server and from the server to the host application data file. For more information, refer to Edit the device ID.
Comm time-out
Allows you to set the amount of time the device waits for a transaction request to complete. For more information, refer to Edit communications time-out limits.
Response time-out

Communications Active
Allows you to enable communications for the user. If you disable this option, your device is disconnected from the server. Apps that are available but are not on the device appear on the list, but can not be used until you re-enable communications. For more information, refer to Enable or disable communications.
Log Platform Metrics
Allows you to enable or disable Platform Metrics. When enabled, Platform Metrics monitors apps in your environment to detect and diagnose performance issues and user behavior. This option is only available if the system administrator allows users to opt out of Platform Metrics in Advanced Inventory Platform Manager. For more information, refer to Enable or disable Platform Metrics.

Clear queue
