- About Mobile Client for HTML5
Mobile Client communicates with Communication Agent to obtain all of its required files, as well as transmit and receive transaction data. Mobile Client for HTML5 is a browser-based client that runs on any device, with any operating system that supports the latest version of Safari, Chrome, or Edge. All Advanced Inventory app types are supported on Mobile Client for HTML5, including wires, forms, and prompt-response apps.
- Log on to Mobile Client for HTML5
You can log on to Mobile Client for HTML5 from Apple Safari, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge. Based on your security settings, Communication Agent may need to be running for users to log in to Mobile Client. The first time you log on, you must enter a username. Depending on your system's configuration, Mobile Client may require a password. Additionally, the system administrator can enable the Remember Me feature. If Remember Me is enabled, and you select it, you can log on without re-entering your credentials. You may still be required to specify a passcode.
- Choose a promotion level and environment
If more than one promotion level or environment is available, you are prompted to select a promotion level the first time you log in. You can manually select a new promotion level and environment later.

You can log out of Mobile Client to close the current user session without closing the Mobile Client window. This allows another user to log on. You are automatically logged out of a session if your device is inactive for a specified amount of time.

- Mobile Client help menu
