Grant a Customer user access to individual apps
You must specify which apps a Customer user can access from the Direct App Menu. If you do not provide access to an app, the user will not be able to view or run the app. Note that, in addition to the following configuration settings, a user must also belong to any NetSuite role in your instance in order to access Direct apps.
Prerequisites:

To access configuration settings, you must be configured as a Employee user.
To configure the Direct apps that a customer user can access, complete the following steps in NetSuite.

Go to Direct > Configurations > Direct Configurations.

For the configuration record associated with your warehouse location, select Edit.

On the Configurations page, go to Users > DSI Customer Users and, for the customer user that you want to modify, select Edit.

On the DSI Customer Users page, for each Direct app that you want to the user to access, complete the following substeps.

On the Apps tab, select New DSI User App Preference.Step Information

On the DSI User App Preference page, for Configuration, verify that the configuration record associated with your warehouse location is selected.

For DSI App, select the app that you want the user to access.Step Information

Postrequisite: Test the customer user's logon and ensure that the customer can view Direct and all configured apps. Note that customer users can only log in to Direct at a customer URL that is unique to your NetSuite environment. To view this URL, go to Setup > Company > Company Information > Company URLs and view the Customer Center Login URL.
