Configure virus scanning software
Mobile Enterprise Platform requires configuration for any virus scanning software installed on a server hosting Mobile Enterprise Platform.
To configure your virus scanning software, complete the following steps.

Disable virus scanning software on any server hosting Mobile Enterprise Platform during the installation.

After installation, configure the virus scanning software to exclude Mobile Enterprise Platform installation directories.

If possible, configure the virus scanning software to scan in passive mode, meaning that the virus scanner should NOT scan every network packet in and out of the Network Interface Card (NIC), as this will impact system performance.
Note:SentinelOne and other anti-virus software potentially blocks some Cloud Inventory® executables, which prevents downloads and transactions from processing. In order to avoid this issue, exclude the following list from your anti-virus scanning:
This table is not an extensive list of all the executables you might need to exclude from your virus scanning software. Please contact your Cloud Inventory® representative to ensure your system is configured appropriately.
