Define chatbot settings for Amazon Lex
Beginning in 9.0 SP6, you can add an Amazon Lex chatbot to an app. Before you can add a chatbot, you must specify the Identity Pool ID and region that Mobile Enterprise Platform uses to register chatbots.
Note:Amazon Lex chatbot is no longer supported functionality as of 9.5.5. This information is provided for legacy versions.
Prerequisites:

Create a chatbot using Amazon Lex.

Set up an Amazon Cognito Identity pool with enabled access to unauthenticated identities, and assign the appropriate permissions for Amazon Lex.
To specify the Identity Pool ID and region that Mobile Enterprise Platform uses to register chatbots, complete the following steps in Platform Manager.

Go to Admin > Configuration > System Settings > Chatbot.

For Identitypool ID, enter the ID you received from Amazon Cognito.

For Amazon Lex region, select a region.

Select Save.
