Configure Transaction Manager
Before users can run the Transaction Manager app in Mobile Client, you must configure specific settings in DSI Platform Manager and Oracle Cloud.
To configure Transaction Manager, complete the following procedures.

In Platform Manager, assign values to the Transaction Manager configuration elements.Step InformationNote:

In Platform Manager, ensure that the OC_ALLOW_OFFLINE_CAPABILITIES configuration element is enabled.Step InformationNote:This step enables the Account Alias Issue and Account Alias Receipt apps to perform transactions offline. The Transaction Manager app is then used to finalize and send these transactions to Oracle Cloud.

In Platform Manager, for each device that will run the app, Create views for device platforms.
Postrequisite: Test the app in Mobile Client. Refer to Process a completed offline Oracle Cloud transaction.
