About Transaction Manager
The Transaction Manager app allows you to process Account Alias Receipt and Account Alias Issue transactions that were completed offline on the current device, and modify various details for each transaction.
This app facilitates the offline functionality of Cloud Inventory's® Account Alias apps. This app allows you to manually push transactions completed offline to Oracle Cloud.
You can modify the following details for each retrieved transaction. This feature allows you to perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments to account for any impactful changes or errors associated with the transaction.

You can also view other details that cannot be modified, including the transaction date and time, transaction type, item information, and any error messages associated with the transaction.
Process a completed offline Oracle Cloud transaction
You can use Transaction Manager to view and modify details for an Account Alias Receipt or Account Alias Issue transaction that had been performed offline, and then finalize the transaction so it updates the appropriate Oracle Cloud records.
Prerequisites:

The "OC_ALLOW_ONLINE_CAPABILITIES" configuration element is enabled.

One or more Account Alias Receipt or Account Alias Issue app transactions have been completed without internet access on this instance of DSI Platform.

The _OC_AIM_ProcessOfflineTransact (zz - AIM - Process Offline Transactions) AIM application is installed, enabled, and configured to run on your environment. Refer to Configure the replication AIM app.
To process an offline transaction, complete the following steps in the app.

Optional. To filter the list of displayed transactions by transaction type, select the Issue tab or the Receipt tab.Step Information

Double-click the transaction that you want to process.

Optional. To modify values for records associated with the selected transaction, on the Transaction Details window, complete any of the following actions.Step Information

For Subinventory, specify the subinventory for the transaction.

For Locator, specify the locator for the transaction.

For Quantity, specify the quantity for the transaction.Note:If the transaction is an issue transaction, this value must include a minus sign.

For UOM Code, select the UOM for the transaction.

For Account Alias, select the account alias for the transaction.

If the item is lot-controlled, for Lot Number, specify the lot for the transaction.

If the item is serial-controlled, for Serial Number, add or remove serial numbers to the list as necessary.

For Reason, select the reason for the transaction.

On the Transaction Details window, after verifying all data, select Save.
Results: The app displays a "Processing" message while it submits the transaction to Oracle Cloud. If successful, the app displays the message "Transactions successfully submitted." All data values entered in the app are saved to the transaction in Oracle Cloud, and the inventory records adjust by the quantity specified in the app.
Delete a completed offline Oracle Cloud transaction
Instead of sending a completed transaction to Oracle Cloud, you can also use Transaction Manager to delete Account Alias Receipt or Account Alias Issue transactions that have been performed offline, preventing the transaction data from reaching Oracle Cloud and affecting inventory records.
Prerequisites:

To delete an offline transaction, complete the following steps in the app.

Double-click the transaction that you want to delete.

On the Transaction Details window, select Delete.
Results: The app displays a "Processing" message while it submits the transaction to Oracle Cloud. If successful, the app displays the message "Transactions successfully submitted." All data values entered in the app are saved to the transaction in Oracle Cloud, and the inventory records adjust by the quantity specified in the app.
