• About the Scheduler app
  The Scheduler app allows you to strategically commit resources to the required tasks for a service project. Resources can include both users and equipment, and are referenced from your NetSuite data. The app displays the relevant information for each task and resource, allowing you to create an informed, optimal schedule for each task and resource in the project.
• Schedule a resource
  You can use the Scheduler app to assign an available resource to a project task. Resources can include both users and equipment. After you schedule a resource to a task, the task displays in the resource's view in the Field Service app. You can repeat this procedure to schedule multiple resources to one or more tasks.
• Unschedule a resource
  In addition to using the app to schedule resources to tasks, you can use the app to unschedule a resource from a task. You may need to do this for a number of reasons, such as actual resource availability or project delays.
• Updated Scheduler settings
  The Scheduler app allows you to schedule NetSuite resources to NetSuite project tasks.
