Implement Field Service for NetSuite
The Field Service app requires several installation and configuration procedures before end users can run the app.
Prerequisites:

Mobile Enterprise Platform 9.0 Service Pack 4 or later is installed.

Mobile Enterprise Platform is configured for your NetSuite system.

The Advanced Inventory NetSuite Connector Bundle is installed in the NetSuite user interface.

NetSuite Token-based Authentication (TBA) is configured on your NetSuite system.
To implement Field Service in your environment, complete the following procedures in order.

In Advanced Inventory Platform Manager, install the app. Refer to Install Field Service for NetSuite.

In Advanced Inventory Platform Manager and NetSuite, configure the app. Refer to Configure Field Service for NetSuite.

In Advanced Inventory Mobile Client, run the Field Service Data Replication app and replicate data from the middle-tier database. Refer to Replicate the local database.

If your organization is using the Advanced Inventory Scheduler app to define and assign tasks for service orders, Implement Scheduler for NetSuite.

In Advanced Inventory Mobile Client, test the Field Service app. For steps, refer to Manage service orders and to other procedures in the Field Service for NetSuite User Guide.

In Advanced Inventory Platform Manager, promote the app to your production environment. Refer to Promote an app.
