Manage service orders
The Field Service app provides a number of service order management options in one interconnected app. You can use this app to create service orders, view and report service order labor, complete service orders, and perform several other service tasks.
Prerequisites:

Field Service is fully implemented in your Mobile Enterprise Platform instance, your NetSuite instance, and on your device.

Prior to every Field Service transaction, in Advanced Inventory Mobile Client, manually replicate data to the local database on your device. Refer to Replicate the local database.
To create, update, and complete service orders, complete the following procedures in the Field Service app.

When necessary, create a new service order. Refer to Create a service order.

Optional. Use a filter or search to locate the service order you want to modify. Refer to Perform an advanced search.

To modify the service order, complete the following procedures as necessary.

After completing all work for the service order, complete the order. Refer to Complete a scheduled service order.
