Required IFS settings for Customer Order Pick
Before users can run the Customer Order Pick app, you must verify that the data in your IFS instance meets the following criteria. You can verify this data on the following pages in IFS.
Customer Order
Before you run the Customer Order Pick app, your IFS instance must contain a Customer Order with a status of "Released" or "Picked". The Customer Order must contain order lines that are available to pick. You can verify these settings on the Shop Order page.
Note:The Customer Order Pick app reports picking only for orders that are not attached to a shipment. If your Customer Order is attached to a shipment, refer to Report picking for a Shipment.
Site
Your IFS instance must contain a site that is connected to the IFS user ID of the user running the app. You can verify this on the Sites per User page.
Inventory Part
Your IFS instance must contain an inventory part with available quantity to issue. You can verify this on the Inventory Part in Stock page.
