Work Order Issue NetSuite settings
In NetSuite, configure the following NetSuite settings for every work order and assembly that you want to be available to update using the app.
Work order settings
Configure the following settings for the work orders that you want to be available in the app. You can edit work order settings either when creating a new work order or when editing an existing work order. The following settings are required for every work order.
Order number
Create the work order.
Assembly
Select the assembly process associated with the work order.
Subsidiary
Assign a warehouse location for the work order.
Mark Sub-Assemblies Phantom
Disable the Mark Sub-Assemblies Phantom check box.
WIP
Enable the WIP check box.
Quantity
Enter the quantity of assembled items required by the work order.
Status
Ensure that the work order status is "Released."
Items
On the Items tab of the work order record, add every component that you want to include in the assembly. For each component, ensure that the "Available" and " Quantity" fields are accurate.
Assembly settings
In NetSuite, configure the following settings for the assemblies that you want to be available in the app. You can edit work order settings either when creating a new assembly or when editing an existing assembly. The following settings are required for every assembly.
Item Name/Number
Create a name or number to identify the assembled item in the app.

Use Bins
Select the Use Bins check box.
Required
Components
In the list of components, add a new row for each inventory item that is used to assemble the desired product. For each component, specify the Quantity required to assemble the product.
Inventory item settings
For every inventory item that you want to use as a component in the assembly, ensure that the necessary settings are configured in NetSuite.
Item number
Create the inventory item record.
Required
Display ID
Create a description for the item.
Optional
Use Bins
Ensure that the Use Bins check box is enabled.

Lot Controlled / Serialized
Specify whether the inventory item is lot controlled or serial controlled. You can only set this when creating an inventory item.

Store Display Image/DSI Product Image
In either of these settings, if you want to provide a thumbnail image of the inventory item in the app, upload the desired image. Ensure that the image file is less than 5 MB. If images are present in both settings, the image in DSI Product Image has display priority. If neither setting contains images, the app displays an N/A icon for the item, instead of an image.
