View or edit your user profile
You can view basic information about your own user profile, view the list of roles assigned to your profile, and change your own password. If you have permission to update the user object, you can edit basic information associated with your user profile, such as your name and contact details. You cannot edit your own Login ID, delete your own user profile, or lock your own user profile. You cannot edit your own role assignments from your user profile, however, you can add or remove yourself from a role on the Roles page.
To view or edit your own user profile, complete the following steps in the portal.

Select your name from the top right corner of any page in the portal, and then select View Account.Step InformationNote:You can also access your user account from the list on the Users page.

Optional. On the Profile Information tab, complete any of the following actions.

For First Name, edit your first name.Note:You can use up to 50 characters.

For Last Name, edit your last name.Note:You can use up to 50 characters.

For Email, edit the email address you want to associate with your user profile.Note:This must match the standard email address format.

For Company, edit the name of the company for which you are employed.Note:You can use up to 100 characters. Letters, numbers, and all special characters are allowed.

For Phone, edit the phone number you want to associate with your user profile.Note:This must be a valid phone number.

For Mobile, edit the mobile phone number you want to associate with your user profile.Note:This must be a valid phone number.

For Language, select the language you speak.

For Country, select the country in which you reside.

Optional. To add other information to your user profile, select the Generic Data tab, and for Generic Data 1 through Generic Data 5, enter the information you want to store.ExampleExample: Your employee ID.

Optional. Change your password.

Select Save Changes.
My Account settings
You can access your own user profile to change your password or edit basic information associated with your own user profile. You cannot edit your own role assignments from your user profile, however, users with access to the Roles page can add or remove themselves from a role on the Roles page. A list of roles to which you are assigned displays on this page.
Profile Information
The following settings are available on the Profile Information tab.
First Name
Your first name.
This field is required and can contain up to 50 characters.
Last Name
Your last name.
This field is required and can contain up to 50 characters.
Email
The email address associated with your user profile. The system uses this email address when communicating information, such as a password reset request.
This field is required, can contain up to 320 characters, and must match the standard email address format.
Login ID
Your Login ID. You cannot edit the Login ID for your own user account.
The Login ID field can contain up to 320 characters.
Company
The name of the company at which you are employed.
This field is optional and can contain up to 255 characters. Letters, numbers, and all special characters are allowed.
Phone
Your phone number.
This field is optional, can contain up to 15 characters, and must be a valid phone number.
Mobile
Your mobile phone number.
This field is optional, can contain up to 15 characters, and must be a valid phone number.
Language
The primary language you speak.
This field is optional.
Country
The country in which you reside.
This field is optional.
Generic Data
Generic Data 1 - 5
Can contain any additional information you want to save to your user profile. For example, an employee ID.
Each Generic Data field can contain up to 50 characters.
Password & Security
You can change your password from the Password & Security tab. The following fields are available.
Current Password
Your current password.
New Password
Your new password.
Your new password must contain at least 8 characters and include the following items.

An uppercase letter

A number
-
At least one of the following symbols: !, @, #, $, ?, ^, &, *
Confirm Password
This value must match the value entered in the New Password field.
Change your password
You can change your SCPaaS™ password from your user profile.
To change your password, complete the following steps in the portal.

Select your name from the top right corner of any page in the portal, and then select View Account.Step InformationNote:You can also access your user account from the list on the Users page.

Select the Password & Security tab.

Under Current Password, enter your current password.

Under New Password, enter the password you want to use.Step InformationNote:Your new password must use at least 8 characters and include the following items.

At least one of the following symbols: !, @, #, $, ?, ^, &, *

Under Confirm Password, reenter your new password.

Select Save Changes.
Result: Your password is changed throughout the entire system.
