As a Mobile Enterprise Platform (MEP) Cloud customer, your cloud tenant is hosted on a common implementation of the MEP software deployed using AWS infrastructure and services. We refer to this type of deployment as a "stack." We deploy the stacks in a way that provides redundancy and resilience for the MEP software, as well as complete data isolation for tenants deployed in that stack. This documentation is for informational purposes and allows our customers and prospective customers to understand the infrastructure hosting their platform tenants.

This documentation provides the infrastructure, services, and software specifications related to the cloud infrastructure that comprises our MEP stack deployments within the AWS cloud infrastructure. As a customer deployed in our cloud structure, the Cloud Inventory cloud operation team manages, maintains, and supports your stack. The MEP software, along with the operating systems, AWS infrastructure, and services supporting the platform software get updated regularly by cloud operations as part of a standard maintenance window. We send notifications related to these maintenance windows to our cloud tenants prior to those maintenance windows.
