About Notification Workbench
Notification Workbench enables you to view mobile notifications.
An app developer can include elements that create notification messages on the Mobile Enterprise Platform Application Server and send notifications to a smartphone platform, or to manage the state of the notification message. These notifications display in the device notification center on the mobile device.
Notifications display with information such as the sender, recipient, subject, priority, time created, and time read. Notifications can be resent from Notification Workbench if desired.
View details about a mobile notification
You can view details about a mobile notification in Notification Workbench.
To view details about a mobile notification, complete the following steps in Platform Manager.

Go to Monitor > Notification Workbench.

Optional. To update the number of records displayed, for Records per page, select a number. By default, the records displayed per page is set to 10.

Optional. To filter the list, enter text and select Filter. Filter settings are retained until you select Clear.

Hover in the column to the left of the notification you want additional information about and, from the menu, select View.
Result: The notification will display in a detail box with the Application, Text, and Parameters, as applicable.
Resend a mobile notification
You can resend a mobile notification in Notification Workbench.
To resend a mobile notification, complete the following steps in Platform Manager.

Go to Monitor > Notification Workbench.

Hover in the column to the left of the notification you want to resend and, in the menu, select Resend.
Delete a mobile notification
You can delete a mobile notification in Notification Workbench.
To delete a mobile notification, complete the following steps in Platform Manager.

Go to Monitor > Notification Workbench.

Optional. To filter the list, enter text and select Filter. Filter settings are retained until you select Clear.

Hover in the column to the left of the notification you want to delete and, from the menu, select Delete.
Notification Workbench details
The following table outlines the details you can view for each notification record that displays in Notification Workbench.
Recipient
Specifies the recipient of the notification.
Sender
Specifies the sender of the notification.
Subject
Specifies the subject of the notification.
Application
Specifies the app (if applicable) that is referenced by the notification.
Time created
Specifies the time that the notification was created.
Time read
Specifies the time that the notification was read on the mobile device.
Priority
Specifies the priority that was given to the notification to draw attention to it in the Mobile Client user's device.
View
View the details of the notification. The notification will display in a Detail box with the Application, Text, and Parameters, as applicable.
Resend
Resend the notification to the recipient.
Delete
Delete the notification.
