Insights Dashboard

• View the Supply Chain Insights dashboard
  The solution displays event data on easy-to-use interactive pages. You can view business intelligence data visualizations representing your warehouse operations.

  Supply Chain Insights includes various components to help you view and create unique business intelligence visualizations.
• About pages
  A page and the cards within it enable you to organize and personalize your business data. You can group, resize, or drag-and-drop your cards to meet your business needs.
• Add pages
  You can add a page or subpage to the Supply Chain Insights dashboard.
• Add subpages
  You can add subpages to any top-level page in Supply Chain Insights. You cannot have a private parent page with a shared subpage. If you share a subpage, Supply Chain Insights shares its parent page with the same users and groups as the shared subpage. You can have a shared parent page with private and shared subpages.
• Hide or show a page
  You can personalize which pages and subpages display while navigating the dashboard. Regardless of your selections, others with access to the pages can see and navigate to them. You cannot hide a locked page.
• Reorder pages and subpages
  You can move a subpage above or below other subpages under the same top-level page, but you cannot move it elsewhere in the hierarchy. You can change the hierarchical level of pages in the Admin Settings if you have an Admin profile. 
• Create collection on a page
  You can organize cards on a page into categories called collections, giving you control over the layout of your card data. You can rename collections, reorder cards within collections, and add or remove cards from a collection. Additionally, you can minimize collections so that only the names of the collection displays.
• Duplicate a page
  You can duplicate any page you have access to. When you duplicate using "Save As", all of the corresponding cards, collections, and filters are duplicated. Any changes you make to the new page, cards, collections, and filters are not reflected on the source page that has been shared with you.
• About cards
  Through Supply Chain Insights, your business insights data is represented by card visualization within pages.
• Create a card and add it to a page
  When you add a new card to a page, you can specify the data that displays. Only the card owner or an administrator can edit a card after it is created.
• Access card details view
  You can access the card details view to access options not available on a page.
• Apply a temporary filter to a card
  You can apply a filter to individual cards to create temporary data visualizations. Card filters are temporary and disappear when you navigate away from the card. To keep card filters, you must add the filter through the card Analyzer.
• About drill paths
  Drill paths let you drill down into a card to access the level of detail you require.
• Move or copy a card to another page
  You can move or copy a card to another page. Copied cards are essentially shortcuts to the original card. When you copy a card using this method, the copies are linked. Keep in mind, any changes made to a copy of a card are also made to all other copies. This is different from duplicating a card as the duplicated card is an entirely separate instance of that card.
• Copy a card using save as
  You can use the Save As option to copy a card, creating a new instance of the card that can be manipulated separately from the original card. When you copy a card using Save As, you are assigned as the owner of the new card instance. Save as functionality is separate from copying a card - a copied card is still linked to the original.
• Restrict card editing
  You can restrict editing of cards to the owner of the card and to users with the Admin security role.
• Change a dataset associated with a card
  Dataset visualizations presented in a card are tied to a specified dataset, such as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You can select a new dataset for a card when needed.
• Share access rights for dashboard cards and pages
  When you share access to a card with a user, a copy of that card is sent to the user's Shared page; when you share access with a group, a copy of the card is sent to the Shared page of every member of the group. When you share access to a page with a user, the page is added to the user's page tab row at the top of the screen. When you share access with a group, the page is added to the page tab row for every member of the group.
• Change the owner of a single page
  You can change the owner of a page. You can change page owners one page at a time, or you can change the owner of multiple pages at once.
• Change a card owner
  You can change the owner of a card in the Details view for that card.
• Delete cards
  You can permanently delete a card from the dashboard, the card no longer exists and cannot be added to pages. Deleting a card removes all copies of the card from the dashboard. It does not remove duplicates of the card.
• Remove cards
  You can remove a single card from a page in the Admin settings. When you remove a card from a page, only that instance of the card is removed. The card may display on other pages and is still available in dashboard to be added to pages.
