View table information
You can view details about a registered database table that include the name, the database name and owner, and connection information.
Prerequisite: You must be assigned the RegisteredTableDataViewer system role to access table registration. Additionally, custom roles must be set up to allow access to specific tables for a user, and to allow the user to view each registered table by environment, edit table data, or delete table data.
To view registered table details, complete the following steps in Advanced Inventory Platform Manager.

Go to Develop > Table Registration.Expected ResultResult: The Registered Tables page displays a list of the tables you are allowed to view in the default environment.

Optional. Select another environment from the dropdown.

In the table list, locate the table for which to view information and select it.

On the Registered Tables page, you can review the following registered table details, if they exist. You cannot edit the details on this page.

Database name: Specifies the name of the registered database table.

Database type: Specifies the database type, for example, SQL Server.

Status field: Specifies the name of the single-character database field that stores the record status for records accessed as a result of a download request from an app.

Device field: Specifies the name of the 1- to 10-character database field that stores the associated device ID for records accessed as a result of a download request from an app.

Call ID field: Displays the identification code for the function call.

Database owner: Identifies the database owner (creator of a database or someone to whom database ownership has been transferred), if applicable.

Primary connection: Specifies the connection information about the registered database table. This information includes the provider, the data source path, and security/logon information.

Secondary database owner: Identifies the database owner (creator of a database or someone to whom database ownership has been transferred) of the database for which the secondary connection was registered.

Secondary connection: Specifies the connection information for the secondary source, if applicable. This information includes the provider, the data source path, and security/logon information.

In the column section at the bottom of the page, information such as length and type can be viewed for each column name.
