Application Studio keyboard shortcuts
Beginning in 9.0 SP4, the following keyboard shortcuts are available for Application Studio. Beginning in 9.0 SP5, alternate shortcuts are available on a Mac. These Mac keyboard shortcuts are currently only available on Chrome.
Global
Save an app or app item.
Windows:
Ctrl + S
Mac:
+
Command S
Publish the selected app.
Windows:
Ctrl + Alt + P
Mac: +
Command Alt + P
Note:If you use this shortcut from an open app, the open app will publish. If you use this shortcut from another app item editor, you must select the app before you can publish.
Select the search box.
Windows:
Ctrl + F
Mac: +
Command F
Note:This shortcut only works if the current item is checked out.
Wire
Replace text, one instance at a time.
Windows:
Ctrl + Shift + F
Mac: +
Command Shift + F
Note:You can select Stop to close the replace box.
Replace all instances of text in the current wire.
Windows:
Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: +
Command Shift + R
Find the next instance of the text.
Windows:
Ctrl + G
Mac: +
Command G
Find the previous instance of the text.
Windows:
Ctrl + Shift + G
Mac: +
Command Shift + G
Format XML.
Windows:
Ctrl + Shift + B
Mac: +
Command Shift + B
Place the selected text within a comment.
Windows:
Ctrl + Shift + C

Command Shift + C
Remove a comment from the selected text.
Windows:
Ctrl + Shift + U

Add or remove a bookmark in a wire.
Windows:
Ctrl + F2
Mac: +
Command F2
Note:The cursor must be located at the end of the line you want to bookmark. Bookmarks are saved at the wire level, and are visible to all users.
Go to the next bookmark.
F2 Go to the previous bookmark.
Shift + F2
