Forgot Password option
All supported mobile client and platform logins have an option to select when you have forgotten your password. The Forgot Password functionality is an option in the Security Settings. When enabled, users select the button and proceed to reset their password.
Note:Nextworld EAP users now receive an error message in the mobile client when their password has expired. The mobile client now also includes functionality to change the password directly in the mobile client, and the password change updates throughout all applicable platforms.

When you select Forgot Password, the system opens a new page. 3. The system resets your password and sends a message containing the system-generated temporary password. a. Note: The temporary password expires after 60 minutes for security purposes. 4. Log in using the temporary password you receive. You will be prompted to change your temporary password to a permanent version.

Enter your username (if it's not pre-populated) and select the option to request a password reset.
