Quality Control Test Results interface for JD Edwards
About the Quality Control Test Results
This interface compares test results and determines if lots pass quality inspection.
The Quality Control Test Results interface allows the entry of test results at various points in the business cycle. The system compares the results to the minimum and maximum values and the acceptable quantity or percentage that were previously defined for the test. Based on how many samples pass or fail, the system evaluates the lot to determine whether it passes or fails quality inspection. The system then sets the lot status to the value that was defined in the processing option for failed lot status.
This interface calls the BD3N3702 business function to retrieve the processing options from the interactive program, P3711.

Processing options
Processing options for Quality Control Test Results.
The DreamWriter defaults to ZJDE0001 if not otherwise specified in the parameter list on the call.
Defaults tab

Status (cPO_Status_STAW): This field indicates which test definitions to display. Valid values are:

Blank - Display only active definitions.
-
1 - Display only test definitions which are pending approval.
-
2 - Display only historical test definitions.
-
3 - Display only rejected change requests.

Log History (cPO_LogHistoryActivated_EV02): This field indicates whether to record the existing test definitions before applying the modifications. Valid values are:

Blank - Do not record test definitions before applying the modifications.

1 - Record test definitions before applying the modifications.

Workflow tab

Workflow (cPO_WorkflowActivated_EV01): This field indicates whether to activate workflow approval processing when modifications are made to test definitions. Valid values are:

Blank - Workflow approval is not activated.

1 - Activate workflow approval.

Processing
The characteristics of an item determine which fields are required by the interface. Some characteristics are set at the item master level, and some are set at the item/branch level. The item/branch level always takes precedence over the item master. Refer to the Special Processing Interface Usage Guide for more information.
Verify the processing
Steps to verify the processing of the Quality Control Test Results interface.
To verify the processing, complete the following steps in JDE.

Go to the Quality Management Daily Operations menu (G3711).

Select Enter Test Results.

On Work With Test Results, select Find.

Choose a record and Select to display the records associated with the Lot Serial Number.
