You can use the OneWorld Scheduling Employee Off function to disassociate an employee from a previously associated warehouse activity or task.
The OneWorld Scheduling Employee Off function is used to log off an Employee in the FD3N0200 database. This will disassociate the employee from a previously associated warehouse activity or task.

Processing
The characteristics of an item determine which fields are required by the interface. Some characteristics are set at the item master level, and some are set at the item/branch level. The item/branch level always takes precedence over the item master. Refer to the Special Processing Interface Usage Guide for more information.
Verifying the processing
The PD3N0200 Employee Join/Leave Maintenance application displays records in the FD3N0200 database. The desired record should reflect the update, with an Action Code of an “N”, a blank Work Order Number field, a blank Order Type field, a Location field value equal to the Location parameter value sent in, a blank Alternate Operation Sequence Number field, current GetAuditInfo values for the User, Date Updated, WorkStation ID, and Time Updated fields, and a Program ID field value equal to the Program ID parameter value.
