About implementing Mobile Enterprise Platform
The following high-level procedures are required to install and set up your instance of Mobile Enterprise Platform.
Server Setup
To begin, you must prepare the servers for your Mobile Enterprise Platform instance. This includes configuring the operating system, installing required components such as database client and ERP software, setting up security accounts, and configuring virus scanning software.
Windows server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022 are supported.

Installation
After setting up the required servers, you can install Mobile Enterprise Platform. An installation wizard walks you through the process to complete one of the following options.

Alternately, you can install Mobile Enterprise Platform using the command line on the server.

Configuration
After Mobile Enterprise Platform is installed, you must configure it to meet your business requirements. This includes defining system and security settings, setting up environments and promotion levels, configuring agents and connectors, setting up printers, registering tables and functions, and loading mobile devices. When these tasks are complete, you can use Mobile Enterprise Platform to create and publish apps for your business functions.
