About Review Completed Transactions
The Review Completed Transactions app allows you to search for completed transactions for a specified inventory item in the organization, and view various details for each transaction.
This app allows you to view information about past transactions without needing to manually log in to Oracle Cloud and search for transaction information. Transaction information can be helpful to determine whether work has been completed and logged successfully, as well as for warehouse planning and coordination purposes. You can view the following details for each retrieved transaction.

Search for a completed Oracle Cloud transaction
You can use Review Completed Transactions to search for details about inventory management transactions in your Oracle Cloud instance.
To search for a completed transaction, complete the following steps in the app.

For Organization, verify or enter your organization.Step InformationNote:Depending on the app's configuration settings, this prompt may not display. If this occurs, the app selects the default organization configured in Cloud Inventory® Platform.

Optional. To filter search results using a date range, on the Item Number screen, complete the following substeps.

Select From Date.

For New From Date, use the date picker to select the earliest date you want to include in your transaction search.

Press Enter.

On the Item Number screen, select To Date.

For New To Date, use the date picker to select the earliest date you want to include in your transaction search.

Press Enter.

For Item Number, scan or enter all or part of the item number associated with the transaction.

If multiple transactions are displayed, select the desired transaction from the list.
Results: The app displays the following data records for the selected transaction. If a data record is not available for the selected transaction for any reason, that field displays blank in the app.

Postrequisite: If the transaction item is lot controlled or serial controlled, select Lots or Serials to view every lot number or serial number associated with the transaction, as well as the transacted quantity associated with each number.
