About Lot Grade Inquiry
Lot Grade Inquiry allows you to search for lots in the warehouse and view various inventory details for them. You can also search for all lots associated with a specified grade.
This app retrieves one or more lots based on the specified lot number. You can view various details for each retrieved lot, including the associated subinventories, quantity, grade, date of origin, expiration date, parent lots, and material status.
The app can also search based on a specified lot grade. Grade searches return all lots associated with the specified grade.
Search for a lot
You can use Lot Grade Inquiry to search for details about lots in the warehouse. You can also search for all lots with a specified grade.
To search for a lot, complete the following steps in the app.

For Organization, verify or enter your organization.Step InformationNote:Depending on the app's configuration settings, this prompt may not display. If this occurs, the app selects the default organization configured in Cloud Inventory® Platform.

For Lot Number Or Grade, scan or enter all or part of the desired lot or grade.

If multiple lots are displayed for the entered criteria, select the desired lot from the list.Expected ResultResult: The app displays the following data records for the lot.

To view additional information for the lot, select Display Inventory.
Results: The app displays the subinventories associated with the lot, as well as the lot quantity at each subinventory.
