About customer templates
The customer template feature lets you record the items a customer usually needs at a customer stop on a route.
A single customer can have multiple customer templates. You can create a template for each type of item a customer requires. Alternatively, you can use templates to accommodate regular changes in the quantities a customer orders. For example, if quantities change seasonally, you might create a template for each season.
Each time you create or update a template, item information is stored in a database where it can be used by the Route Sales app to create sales orders.
