About Field Service for NetSuite
The Field Service for NetSuite app allows you to view, update, and complete service orders that are scheduled to you on a daily basis.
Field Service provides a list of service orders that you can filter and search. The app indicates service order priority using colored dots: red indicates high priority, orange indicates medium, and gray indicates low or normal. This setup is designed to present you with an intuitive view of all service work for the day, along with all relevant customer and task information associated with each order.
Regardless of online activity, you can complete scheduled and unscheduled service tasks at the customer facility. If offline updates occur, the device retains the updates locally. Then, when online connectivity is restored, the updates are synced with the middle tier, and then with NetSuite, through data replication.
