Search the audit log
The audit log tracks all changes made to label templates, data dictionaries, programs, functions and folders. You can search for specific changes by date, and display details about each audit entry.
To search the audit log, complete the following steps in EPP.

Go to Develop > Audit Log.

In the Search Criteria section, make selections or enter information in the fields.

For From date saved, select a saved start date in the calendar.

For To date saved, select a saved end date in the calendar.

All - Retrieves all audit entries.

Label Template - Retrieves audit entries related to Label Templates only.

Data Dictionary - Retrieves audit entries related to Data Dictionaries only.

Program - Retrieves audit entries related to Enhancement Engine programs.

Function - Retrieves audit entries related to Enhancement Engine functions.

Folder - Retrieves audit entries related to Enhancement Engine folders.

Audit - Retrieves Audit entries related to turning audit off and on.

If Label Template, Data Dictionary, Program, or Function was selected, select from the available items in the Name dropdown list.

A User may be chosen to include only users that have made changes in the past.

Select the Search button to search for audit entries. Use the Clear button to clear the Search Criteria fields.Step InformationWhen a search is run, the print jobs found display in Audit Entries with the following information.

Type: The Data Dictionary, Label Template, Program, Function, or Folder.

Name: The name of the affected type.

Saved Date: The date and time that the change was made.

User: The User ID and name of the user that made the changes.

Summary: A summary of the changes made.
