Search and view logs
Administrators use the search and review logs functionality to troubleshoot problems and review processes.By accessing Admin > View Logs, you can search using keywords, date ranges, log levels, and log types to find the information you need. The View Logs page gives you access to all EPP function logs.

Select Admin > View Logs.

In the Search Criteriasection, make selections or enter information in the following fields. All items are optional, except you must select at least one Log item.

For From Date/Time, select the beginning of a date range in which you want to search for logs.

For To Date/Time, select the end date of a range in which you want to search for logs.

For Log Level,select one or more levels.

For Log, you can select or deselect all of them or you can select one or more Logs. You must select at least one.

In the Containing Text field, enter any text desired to narrow the search by text contained in the log statements.

The Search button will search for logs that meet the entered search criteria. The Clear button can be used to clear the Search Criteria fields and enter different information.Expected ResultLogs meeting the search criteria display in the Log Entries window with the following information.Section

Event Date: The date/time the log entry was created.

Level: The logging level oof the log entry.

Log Name: The name of the log the log entry was found.

Text: The full text of the log entry.

Exception Text: If the log was created by an internal exception, the text of that exception in the log entry.

Optional. Select a log entry, right mouse click and select View Details to see the log entry in greater detail.

The trash can at the top of the page will purge the log entries in the list from the database. This will permanently delete the log entries.

The download icon at the top of the page will download the log entries from the list.
