Install and configure the EPP Connector bundle
The DSI EPP Connector bundle contains the necessary NetSuite records and features to integrate Enterprise Printing Platform (EPP) with NetSuite.
Prerequisites:

You have Administrator privileges for your instance of NetSuite.

You have updated your instance of NetSuite to the latest version.
To install the EPP Connector Bundle, complete the following steps in NetSuite.

Install the DSI EPP Connector bundle.

Enable Token Based Authentication. Refer to Enable token-based authentication in NetSuite.

Create a generic NetSuite rest user or employee using the format "companyname_rest@yourdomain.com."

To assign the DSI custom role to the generic rest user and other employees, complete the following substeps.

If this role uses a NetSuite OneWorld account, assign a subsidiary to the generic user.

Select Give Access.

Create and save a password.

To edit a custom role, complete the following substeps.

Add permissions for any custom records unique to the client.

If this is a NetSuite One World account, add the lists > subidiaries permission.

Provide the DSI team with the generic user password and the role internal ID(s).Expected ResultResult: The DSI team runs the Token Endpoint, one time, to acquire OAuth 1.0 tokens.
Postrequisite: We recommend waiting until the DSI team completes the Token Endpoint procedure. Refer to Configure EPP label records in NetSuite.
