Create a custom label record in NetSuite

You can create label records in NetSuite to print labels using Enterprise Printing Platform (EPP).

To create a custom EPP label record in NetSuite, complete the following steps in NetSuite.

Go to EPP > EPP Label > DSI EPP Label > New.
For Name, enter a name for the label.

Note:To add the label to a saved search, select Saved Search > List and select the search.
In the Label Information section, complete the following substeps.
1. For Record Type, type the record type for the label.
2. For EPP Software URL, type the URL for the EPP software.
3. For Printer, type the printer be used to print the label.
4. For EPP Label, type the name of the EPP label.
To configure the label as a Transaction label, complete the following substeps.
1. Select Print Transaction Label.
2. For Number of Transaction Labels, type the number of transaction labels to print.
3. If you want the Transaction label to contain item detail lines, for Number of Item Detail Lines Per Label, type the number of item detail lines per label.
To configure the label as an Item label, complete the following substeps.
1. Select Print Item Labels.
2. To use the quantity of items to determine the number of item labels, select Use Item Quantity for Number of Item Labels.
In the EPP Login section, perform the following steps.
1. For EPP User Name, type your user name for EPP.
2. For EPP Password, type your password for EPP.
Select Save.
