Updated Pick Management settings
Pick Management allows you to create picking waves for items associated with sales orders. You can edit the following settings using Pick Management.
Sales order settings
The following settings in a sales order record, on the Items tab, update when you create and assign a wave.
Committed
The committed quantity for each item updates to match the quantity assigned to be picked during the transaction.
DSI Wave settings
The app creates a new, custom Wave record for the completed transaction and sets values for the following settings in the wave record. To view these records, search for and open the "DSI Wave" list page in NetSuite.
ID
The automatically generated ID for the created wave.
Description
The description created for the wave.
Priority
The priority assigned to the wave. Possible values include High, Medium, and Low.
Date Created
The creation date and time for the wave.
Scheduled Pick Date
The pick date scheduled during the transaction.
Status
The wave status can update to one of the following statuses during the transaction.

Ready: Applied when you select Create Wave.

Canceled: Applied when you cancel a created wave.

Scheduled: Applied when you select Start Wave.
Template
The wave template, if any, selected when the wave was created.
DSI Wave Order Assignment
Each employee assignment associated with the wave.
DSI Wave Order
Each sales order record associated with the wave.
Customer
The customer associated with each sales order.
DSI Wave Order Item
Each inventory item record associated with the wave.
Order
The sales order associated with the item.
Line
The wave line associated with the item.
Item Parent
The kit, if any, associated with the item line.
Ordered
The quantity required for the item line.
DSI Wave Template settings
The app creates a new, custom Wave Template record for every wave template created in the app and sets values for the following settings in the record.
ID
The automatically generated ID for the created wave template.
Name
The name created for the wave template.
DSI Wave Item settings
The app creates a new, custom Wave Item record for every item line assigned to a wave during the app transaction. The app sets values for the following settings in the record.
Wave Order
The wave order number associated with the sales order.
Wave
The wave associated with the item line.
Wave Template
The wave template, if any, associated with the item line.
Order
The sales order associated with the item line.
Line
The line number associated with the item line.
Item
The inventory item number associated with the item line.
Item Parent
The kit, if any, associated with the item line.
Ordered
The quantity of the item required for the sales order.
Remaining
The remaining quantity of the item that must be picked for the sales order.
Assignments
The employee assignment associated with the item line.
DSI Wave Assignment settings
The app creates a new, custom Wave Assignment record for every picking assignment selected during the app transaction. The app sets values for the following settings in the record.
Wave Order Item
The item line associated with the assignment.
Wave
The wave associated with the assignment.
Employee
The Direct user assigned to pick the item line.
Quantity
The required picking quantity for the item line.
