Create a NetSuite Saved Search for Pick Management
The Pick Management app requires NetSuite Saved Searches configured so they retrieve sales orders. The app also requires that certain data columns are retrieved by the search. Additionally, Pick Management supports summary searches.
To create a NetSuite Saved Search that is compatible with Pick Management, complete the following steps.

In NetSuite, go to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.

On the New Saved Search screen, select Transaction.

For Search Title, enter the desired name for the search.

On the Criteria tab, complete the following substeps.

In the Filter column, select Type.

In the dialog, select Sales Order from the list and then select Set.

Optional. In the Filter column, add any other desired filter rows for your sales orders, such as Date Created.Step InformationNote:Ensure that Main Line is not included as a criteria row. Pick Management does not support this criteria.

On the Results tab, under Columns, ensure that the following lines are listed.

Name

Document Number
-
Amount
-
Ship Date
-
Shipping Carrier

Ship Via

Location

Optional. To use this search as a summary search, for each row in the search other than Amount, for the Summary Type column, select Group.

Select Save.

Go to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches.

In the list of searches, locate your created search and obtain the ID, such as customsearch800.
Postrequisite: In Pick Management, for Saved Search, use the obtained search ID value.
