Considerations
The Direct for NetSuite suitelet apps are subject to NetSuite's script governance limits.
-
Operating on very large data sets can cause governance exceptions and timeouts.
-
The minimum supported screen dimensions for running the solution on a mobile device is 1280 x 720 pixels.
-
Direct for NetSuite currently does not support environments running the Inventory Status feature in NetSuite.
Advanced Inventory Count Creation
-
In this app's inventory item search results, the app currently does not distinguish between inventory items that share identical text between one item's Item Name value and the other items' Display ID(s). For example, because the text “ItemA” appears in both relevant values, the app would display only one of the following items: ItemA (Display ID = 0); ItemB (Display ID = ItemAB).
-
The saved search feature in this app requires that you use saved searches created using very specific formatting. If you create a count using a saved search not created using this formatting, the Advanced Inventory Count Direct apps will not be able to fully process your count.
Pick Management
-
To retain accurate wave and inventory records in NetSuite, you must complete the full transaction after creating a wave. If a transaction is left incomplete for any reason, we recommend that a NetSuite administrator select the "Inactive" checkbox in the respective NetSuite record for either the wave or for any unassigned lines.
Work Order Issue and Work Order Complete
-
These apps are only available on environments using WIP.
-
These apps cannot run on environments using the Advanced Manufacturing SuiteApp for NetSuite.
-
These apps require multiple specific global NetSuite settings. Refer to Required NetSuite settings.
