Pick Management NetSuite settings
In order to create and assign pick waves using the Pick Management app, the necessary data records in NetSuite must exist. The following lists contain the NetSuite data records that must exist for all orders that you want the app to facilitate.
Sales order settings
For every sales order that you want to be compatible with the app, ensure that the necessary settings are configured in NetSuite. These settings are available when you create a new sales order or edit an existing sales order. All of these settings are required for every sales order used by the app.
Order number
Create the sales order.
Status
Ensure the sales order has one of the following statuses.

Pending Fulfillment

Partially Fulfilled
-
Pending Billing/Partially Fulfilled
Customer
Ensure that a customer is associated with the order.
Location
Specify a warehouse location for the sales order.
Important:On the sales order record page in NetSuite, in the list of items, ensure that you also specify the Location for each inventory item.
Date
Specify a shipping date for the order.
Items
On the Items tab of the sales order record, add every item that you want to include in the sales order.
Note:If you want to assign a single item line to multiple users, replace that line with multiple line entries in the sales order record for the item, manually dividing the required quantity as needed among the resulting lines. Then, when you use Pick Management create a wave for that sales order, you can assign each split line to a unique user.
Quantity
For each item associated with the sales order, in the Quantity field, enter the total ordered quantity for the item in the warehouse.
Required Date
On the Shipping tab of the sales order, specify the shipping date for the order.
Shipping Method
On the Shipping tab of the sales order, specify the shipping method for the order.
Inventory item settings
For every inventory item that you want to transfer, ensure that the necessary settings are configured in the item record in NetSuite. To edit inventory item settings, navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items and either create a new inventory item or edit an existing inventory item.
Item number
Create the inventory item record.
Required.
Display ID
Create a description for the item.
Optional.
Use Bins
Select the Use Bins check box.
Optional.
On-Hand Quantity
Specify the quantity on hand for the inventory item.
Required.
Committed Quantity
Specify the quantity committed in NetSuite for the sales order.
Optional.
Store Display Image/DSI Product Image
In either of these settings, if you want to provide a thumbnail image of the inventory item in the app, upload the desired image. Ensure that the image file is less than 5 MB. If images are present in both settings, the image in DSI Product Image has display priority. If neither setting contains images, the app displays an N/A icon for the item, instead of an image.
