Order Pick - Wave NetSuite settings
In order for users to pick quantities of inventory items from your warehouse using the Order Pick - Wave app, the necessary data records in NetSuite must exist. The following table lists the NetSuite data records that must exist for all items that you want the app to facilitate. In addition, if you want the app to generate item fulfillments when sales orders are completely picked, enable the Create Wave Item Fulfillments configuration element.
Wave settings
For every wave that you want to pick in the app, ensure that the necessary settings are configured on the corresponding DSI Wave record in NetSuite. You can either enter these settings manually or use the Pick Management app to generate a wave with all required settings.
ID
Create the wave.
Required.
Description
Specify a text description for the wave.
Optional.
Priority
Specify the priority for the wave. Possible values include High, Medium, and Low.
Required.
Scheduled Pick Date
Specify the scheduled pick date for the wave.
Note:Before users can select a wave in the app, the current date must be after or equal to the Scheduled Pick Date.
Required.
DSI Wave Order
Specify each sales order record associated with the wave.
Required.
DSI Wave Order Item
Specify each inventory item record associated with the wave.
Required.
Ordered
Specify the quantity required for each item in the wave.
Required.
Sales order settings
For every sales order that you want to be compatible with the app, ensure that the necessary settings are configured in the sales order record in NetSuite. All of these settings are required for every sales order used by the app.
Order number
Create the sales order.
Status
Ensure the sales order has one of the following statuses.

Pending Fulfillment
-
Partially Fulfilled
-
Pending Billing/Partially Fulfilled
Location
Assign a warehouse location for the sales order.
Important:On the sales order record page in NetSuite, in the list of items, ensure that you also specify the Location for each inventory item.
Items
On the Items tab of the sales order record, add every item that you want to include in the sales order.

Prior to running the Order Pick - Directed app transaction, ensure that inventory details, such as bin numbers, lot numbers, and serial numbers, are not specified for the items in the order record. Inventory details are selected during the Order Pick - Directed app transaction.

For each item line in the order, ensure that Location is specified. Otherwise, NetSuite will not recognize the available quantity at that location.
Quantity
For each item associated with the sales order, in the Quantity field, enter the total on-hand quantity for the item in the warehouse.
Bin settings
For every bin that you want to the app to allow as a pack bin for the transaction, on the bin record in NetSuite, select the Designated Pack Bin check box.
Inventory item settings
For every inventory item that you want to pick, ensure that the necessary settings are configured in the item record in NetSuite. To edit inventory item settings, navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items and either create a new inventory item or edit an existing inventory item.
Item number
Create the inventory item record.
Required.
Display ID
Create a description for the item.
Optional.
Use Bins
Select the Use Bins check box.
Required.
On-Hand Quantity
Specify the quantity on hand for the inventory item in the desired bins.
Required.
Lot number
Specify the lot associated with the inventory item.
Optional.
Serial number
Specify the serial number associated with the inventory item.
Optional.
Item Display Thumbnail
If you want to provide a thumbnail image of the inventory item in the app, upload the desired image on the Web Store tab of the Inventory Item record. Ensure that the image file is less than 5 MB.
