Configure packages for Order Pack
In order for users to complete transactions in Order Pack, you must first configure packages to appear in the Box field in the app. Shipping packages are configured in both the Set Up Shipping page in NetSuite and in the Direct configuration elements.
To configure packages for Order Pack, complete the following steps in NetSuite.

Go to Setup > Accounting > Shipping.

On the Carrier Registration tab, ensure that the desired carrier accounts have been configured.

On the Packages tab, ensure that all desired custom packages are created to your specifications and dimensions.

Go to Direct > Configurations > Direct Configurations.

For the configuration record associated with your warehouse location, select Edit.

On the Direct Configurations page, select the Load Packages button.Step InformationNote:This button imports the packages created in NetSuite so they can be selected in Direct configuration elements.

On the Apps tab, select Order Pack.

On the DSI Installed Apps page, on the Preferences tab, complete the following substeps for every package that you want users to select in the app.

To configure a new package, select New DSI App Preference.

On the DSI App Preference page, for Configuration, select your company.Step InformationNote:Unlike other configuration elements, for Packages, you do not need to select any values in the App Configurations and Value fields.

For Packages, select the desired box type.Step Information

Result: For each configured Package element, a new package is selectable in the Order Pack app in the Box list for all users. FedEx and UPS packages only display when the corresponding shipping carrier is configured.
